Dignity for All Students Act

The Dignity for All Students Act (DASA) seeks to provide New York State students with a safe and supportive environment free from discrimination, intimidation, taunting, harassment, and bullying on school property, a school bus and/or at a school function.

DASA requires that school employees who witness or receive a report of any such conduct must promptly notify the principal, superintendent, or designee.

Incidents of harassment, bullying and/or discrimination should be reported to Principal Marisa Ferrara (Greenville School), Principal Eve Feuerstein (Seely Place), and Assistant Principal Sharon Flynn (EHS).
